To send an e-mail to a client, first find their reservation under the "Reservation Calendar". See "Search Reservation" topic for more information.
1. Make sure the booking is saved and it has an Itinerary number
2. You can View the email and add any additional information prior to sending.
3. Send Email sends the email straight to the guest. Send & Copy Me will send a copy of the email to the guest and your registered email address.
4. If you don't need to view the letter, just click the Send link.
Once you click Send, a message will appear asking you to confirm this action
Once sent, you will see a message confirming the email was sent successfully.
Note: This will not work if the email address has the incorrect formatting.
5. The date and time the email was sent will appear in the Internal Notes section.
